Notify Our Team

Contact us at hola@spanishpig.ca within 48 hours of receiving your delivery to report any issues with perishable or non-perishable items.

Provide Documentation

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging if you are reporting damage or quality concerns.

Review and Approval

Our team will review your request immediately; for safety reasons, we cannot accept physical returns on food items, but we will issue a credit or replacement for valid claims.

Resolution

Once approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method or a replacement shipment will be dispatched within 3-5 business days.
